近视对安徽省医科大学生生活的影响

Influence of Myopia on Life Among Medicos in Anhui

目的了解近视对大学生生活的影响状况,为近视防治提供参考资料。方法运用整群抽样方法,抽取安徽省2所医科大学大一至大三18个班级472名近视学生,对其调查配镜和治疗费用以及近视对学习、生活等影响进行调查。结果平均每名近视的大学生用于配镜和治疗的费用为550元,且费用同家庭收入有关(r=0.348,P<0.01);87.83%调查者认为戴眼镜给生活带来不便,48.52%因长期戴眼镜使眼球突出,43.01%调查者因近视高考报考专业受限,11.86%因近视看不清造成间接损伤。结论近视对大学生生活产生很大影响。国家要加大近视预防资金的投入和制定相关政策,控制近视发生率。

Objective To study the influencing of myopia on medicos＇life, and to provide reference for the prevention and cure. Methods By cluster sampling, 472 myopia medicos were chosen from two medical colleges in Anhui. Their cost on spectacles and the effects of myopic on study and life were investigated. Results The average cost of buying spectacles and treatment was 550 yuan, the cost was positively correlated to family income（r =0.348,P 〈 0.01）. About 87.83% considered that wearing spectacles caused inconvenience to their daily life, 48.52% considered that wearing spectacles caused ophthalmoptosis, 43.01% considered that myopia restricted specialty selection in collegial entrance examinations, 11.86% had damage caused by myopia. Conclusion Myopia bring negative influences on life, the government should invest more money to prevent myopia and formulate laws and regulations to control the incidence of myopia.
