摘要
水稻作为我国主要粮食作物之一,生长状况直接影响国民经济的发展。异常天气会造成水稻减产,粮食生产风险增大,影响农民的收益和农村的社会稳定。分析了异常天气对水稻稳产性产生影响的原因,提出了防范异常天气对水稻稳产性影响的措施,以及各部门今后应该着手开展的各项工作。
Rice is one of the main food crops in China, whose growth status would affect the development of national economy. The yield of rice could be decreased by abnormal weather, which would increase the risk of grain production, and affect peasant＇s income and social stability in rural areas. The effects of abnormal weather on the yield stability of rice are analyzed, and the preventive measures are put forward.
