The relationship between key germ plasm resources and high efficient breeding was introduced from genetics gene. The development and value of dwarfing-sterile wheat were introduced. The theory and specific technique route of high efficient dwarfing-sterile wheat breeding technology system were expounded. The dwarfing-sterile wheat breeding was reviewed and prospected.
