农民工就业歧视问题研究

Research on the Problems of Discriminating against the Peasant Workers in Employment

随着越来越多的农民进城务工,缓解了巨大的农村就业压力,繁荣了城乡经济。但受体制和文化等多种因素的制约,农民工在城市遭受着多重弱势,甚至受到城镇居民的歧视和排斥。通过分析农民工就业歧视问题产生的原因,阐述了改善农民工就业歧视的对策及意义。

More and more peasants worked in cities, which alleviated the great employment pressure in countryside, and developed the economy in the city and countryside. Restricted by the system and culture, some urban residents discriminated against and excluded the peasant workers, which were vulnerable groups. According to analyzing the reasons of the problems of discriminating against the peasant workers in employment, the countermeasures and significance of improving the employment discrimination were expounded.
