和谐网络文化在表现形式上、内容体系上和发展途径上的辩证统一构成了和谐网络文化的基本特征,在网络文化繁荣发展的过程中,也呈现出文化发展不均衡、文化内容良莠不齐、文化协调滞后等现象;提出在进行和谐网络文化建设时,必须坚持社会主义核心价值体系的指导原则,大力加强和倡导网络规范建设和积极构建中国特色的网络文化,提升和营造文化可持续发展的动力与氛围。

The dialectic unity of the harmonic network concerning the expression form, content system and development path forms the basic feature of the harmonic network culture. In the course of the prosperous development of the network culture, the phenomena exist such as the imbalance of the cultural development, quality difference of the cultural content, lag of the cultural coordination, etc. The paper has proposed that when constructing the harmonic network culture, it is critical to adhere to the guiding principle of the socialist core value system, to make great efforts to intensify and develop the network standard construction, to actively construct the network with Chinese characteristics, and to update and form the motive power and climate for the sustained development of culture.
