摘要
目的探讨上海汉族优秀游泳运动员VDR基因A/G多态性的分布特点,并与上海汉族普通人群进行比较,为寻找杰出运动员相关基因标记提供参考。方法以上海籍90名优秀游泳运动员和年龄相当的85名汉族普通人为研究对象,白细胞抽提DNA,TaqMan探针检测VDR基因rs2228570 A/G(酶切FokI位点)多态性。结果(1)经检验,本实验优秀运动员组和汉族普通人组的VDR基因多态性分布符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。(2)上海汉族普通人与我国其它地区汉族普通人、其他国家民族比较,VDR基因A/G多态性分布情况存在差异。(3)国际健将级运动员的AG、GG、AA基因型分布频率分别为87.5%、12.5%、0,与一级运动员、上海汉族普通人比较差异显著。结论(1)不同运动水平运动员VDR基因该位点多态性分布具有一定的差异,运动水平越高的运动员群体其AG基因型分布频率越高,提示不同基因型运动员对运动训练的敏感性可能不同。(2)从VDR基因多态性这一分子遗传学的角度看,该位点国际健将较高的AG基因型分布频率,对于杰出运动员选材具有一定的借鉴意义。
objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of single nucleotide polymorphiam of VDR gene in elite swimmers and non - athletes of Han nationality from Shanghai. Methods This research selected 90 elite swimmers from Shanghai Han nationality as the research objects and 85 normal subjects from Shanghai Han nationality as the controls. We investigated A/G polymorphism of VDR gene by normal TaqMan probe. Results ( 1 )Genotype distribution were in Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium. The distribution of A/G polymorphism of VDR gene have a significant difference between normal subjects from Shanghai Han nationality and different areas Han nationality of China and different ethnicity in the world. (2)The distribution of AG genotype were significantly difference between international master level and the first level swimmers. Conclusions ( 1 )There is some difference in different level swimmers. The grade higher, the distribution of AG genotype is higher. It suggested that the reaction to training may be different in different level swimmers. (2) The international master swimmers are very special group because of the high frequency of VDR gene polymorphisms. In the view of molecular genetic, it may be a reference for outstanding swimmer selection.
