摘要
对材质为20钢的无缝管内折缺陷进行了扫描电镜以及金相显微镜检测分析,经检测分析,该折叠缺陷产生原因为钢坯内部疏松严重并有硫化物聚集,在穿管过程中暴露在管内壁,这种伴随有夹杂的组织缺陷在轧制过程中无法焊合从而形成内壁折叠缺陷。
The interior fold defect of the 20 steel seamless tube had been analyzed by SEM and optical microscopy. It was caused by the sulfur inclusions which congregated in the central part of the bloom and exposed to the interior wall of tube during rolling,thus could not be welted.
