摘要 对于底板围岩破碎或岩层承受的应力超过自身强度而产生裂隙的巷道,注浆加固技术防治底鼓的效果较好。采用FLAC软件对注浆加固技术防治巷道底鼓的机理进行了研究,并与其他支护方式进行了比较,结果表明:使用底板注浆加固技术时,注浆浆液渗透到岩层裂隙之间,增加了破碎岩石之间的黏结力,使底板附近围岩形成具有较高强度的整体结构。因此,与普通锚杆支护相比,围岩变形量大大减小,巷道两帮变形量及底鼓基本被控制。 Grouting reinforcement technique is very useful for the floor heave control in tunnel with broken surrounding rockmass. FLAC was used to analyze the mechanism of controlling floor heave by the grouting reinforcement technique, and the comparison was conducted between the grouting technique and bolting method. The results showed that,with the use of floor bolting reinforcement techniques,grou- ting slurry infiltrated into the rock fissures, added bonding degree between the broken rock, so that the surrounding rock structure was strengthed. Comparing with bolting support method,the deformation of rockmass was greatly reduced and the floor heave was controlled successfully.
