气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定电子产品中多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚 被引量:12

Determination of polybrominated biphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether in electronic and electrical products by GC-MS

摘要 以甲苯为萃取剂,采用索氏萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定了电子电气产品中的多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚。实验表明,选用十氯联苯为内标物,用内标法定量比外标法定量具有更高的准确度。萃取时间为4h、回流速率为10次/h,十溴联苯醚的回收率较高。 Polybrominated biphenyl (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDEs) in polymers in electronic and electrical products were extracted by soxhlet extraction method with toluene as extractant, and then determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). PBBS and PBDEs were quantified by internal standard method with 2r, 3, 3r, 4, 4r, 5, 5r, 6, 6r-decachlorobiphenyl as internal standard. The influences of extraction time and reflux rate on the recovery of BDE-209s were investigated. It was shown that the BDE-209s had higher recovery at the conditions when the heating time was 4h and the reflux rate was 10/h .
