重钢钢包底吹氩工艺的研究与实践

Research and Practice of analysis the Chonggang ladle Bottom Argon Bubbing

本文主要对重钢炼钢厂的底吹氩工艺进行了分析，研究了钢包透气砖的工艺状况，分析了影响钢包透气砖透气性能的因素，并针对性的提出了改进措施，通过实施，提高了钢包吹成率，取得了良好效果。

This paper mainly analyzed the blowing blouing argon process of steelmaking plant in CISC, studied the technological state of ladle purging plug, analyzed the elements that influence the air permeability of ladle purging plug and improuing measures were put forward purposefully. After implementation, the success rate of ladle blowing increased as well aquired profits.
