摘要
本文介绍了重钢开发研制CGQ550D钢板的主要工艺和技术难点,分析了生产工艺、组织、成分与性能的关系。通过研究表明,采用低碳贝氏体钢成分设计,利用控轧控冷加热处理工艺可以生产出合格的550MPa级钢板。
This paper introduces the main process and technical difficulties of developing CGQ550D steel plate in CISC as well as the relationships among its process, structure, composition and abilities. Through researching qualified 550MPa steel plates can be manufactured by using low-carbon bainite structure design, controlled rolling, controlled cooling and heating treatment.
