摘要
Z扫描技术具有实验装置简单、操作方便和灵敏度高等优点而被广泛应用于材料的非线性光学特性研究.该文介绍了激光Z扫描技术的基本原理,并针对影响激光Z扫描测量精度的八个因素进行分析,提出相应的提高Z扫描精度的方法.
Laser beam Z - scan technique, its merits with simple installation, convenient operation and high sensitivity, has been widely applied to investigate the materials' nonlinear optical properties. In this paper, the basic principle of Z -scan technique is described, and eight factors of influencing the Z - scan accuracy in laser beam Z - scan experiment are analyzed, the corresponding approaches are put forward to improve the accuracy of Z -scan.
