摘要
将中科院合肥智能所机器人传感器实验室的多维力传感器技术与TI公司新推出的MSC1210单片机相结合,可实现机器人对微小位移的高分辨率检测。首先简要介绍微位移传感器结构特点,然后结合实际使用情况较为详细地说明MSC1210的多路输入复用器、PGA、滤波器等新特性,在此基础上构建微位移检测的硬件平台。同时,为传感系统设计智能人机交互接口,帮助用户根据实际需要方便选择诸如采样率、滤波器型号等相关参数,以求达到满意的应用效果。
The multi - dimension force sensor and MSC1210 single chip technology are combined to realize a high resolution ratio detection for minute displacement by robot . Multi - dimension force sensor is a technology research of CAS Hefei Intelligentize Graduate School Robot Sensor Laboratory. MSC1210 single chip is a new produce of TI Company. Structure characteristics of multi - dimension force sensor particulars about new characteristics of multi - input adder amplifier, PGA and filter are introduced, a hardware platform of minute displacenent detection is built up. At the same time, intellectualized human - computer interaction technique is designed to help user choice parameter of sampling rate and filter type in expectation of userrs satisfaction.
