摘要
根据电磁继电器的结构原理,独特的物理、电气特性,以及其手工制造的特点,明确了在电子产品应用中必须从工作温度、抗机械应力和负载能力等方面进行合理选用。并分析了在正确连接、电磁兼容性、安装方式、整形及焊接等使用方面影响其可靠性的原因,针对这些原因,采取了相应的预防措施,提高了电磁继电器在选用、连接、安装方式等方面的使用可靠性,从而确保电子产品的质量与可靠性。
According to unique structural,physical and electric features of electromagnetic relay, as well as the fact that it is manufactured by hand,reasonable to select electronic product should be taken into consideration of working temperature, anti - machine stress and load capacity. A careful analysis is also carried out to find out the factors which influence on product's reliability such as correct connection, electromagnetic compatibility, assembly manner, shaping, welding and so on. And it shows that the product's quality and reliability should be upgraded through these coping measures.
