腹腔镜完整手术分期在早期子宫内膜癌的应用

摘要
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一，占女性全身恶性肿瘤的7％，占女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的20％～30％。近年来发病率在世界范围内呈上升趋势。美国癌症学会统计，2007年美国有39080例子宫内膜癌新发病例，并有7400例患者死于子宫内膜癌。随着人均寿命延长及合并症如高血压、糖尿病等的增多，其死亡率增加了1倍。90％子宫内膜癌患者的早期症状为不规则阴道出血，多数患者能早期发现早期就诊，因此，75％的患者就诊时疾病处于早期阶段。子宫内膜癌的首选治疗为手术，手术病理结果为进一步治疗提供了依据。而微创手术近年来被建议应用于子宫内膜癌的治疗。
