摘要随着社会的进步，经济的发展，新药的出现以及手术技术的改良，人们对医疗服务质量的期望越来越高，临床治疗最终目的由单纯的症状控制转向了对治疗效果与生活质量等远期疗效和预后指标的重视，如有效寿命、生活质量、成本效用比等。同时随着经济的发展，“价值”这一商业领域，经济领域及大多数工业领域中的宠儿，
