摘要
聚有机硅倍半氧烷作为分子级的有机-无机杂化材料,与一般的硅树脂相比,具有更优异的耐热性、电绝缘性、耐候性以及耐化学药品性等。综述了近期国内外聚有机硅倍半氧烷的合成方法与表征手段,重点介绍了水解法和非水解法各自的优势及特点。同时将一维微纳米材料与有机硅材料两者的特点相结合,探索了聚有机硅倍半氧烷微纳米管及微球的合成。
As a new family of organic - inorganic hybrid material, polysilsesquioxanes ( PSQ ) has better heat-resistance, electric insulation, weather and chemical resistance compared to common silicone resin. This paper reviewed the various synthetic routes of PSQ, and the hydrolytic and non- hydrolytic methods were discussed in detail. Meanwhile, the polysilsesquioxanes micro/nano tube and micro-sphere were synthesized by consideration of combining the advantages of polysilsesquioxanes with one - dimensional micro/nano materials.
