摘要
研究了不同热变形条件下TC21钛合金的流变应力行为和微观组织演变规律,分析了高温热变形行为模型及动态再结晶现象。结果表明,随变形温度的升高和热变形速率的降低,TC21钛合金在热变形过程中相变和变形同时发生,导致了热变形过程中的动态回复和再结晶现象。
By means of thermo-simulation experiment, the high temperature stress-strain behaviors and mierostrueture evolutions of TC21 titanium alloy within temperature range of 850 - 990℃ and strain rate range of 0. 01 -10 s^-1 have been studied. The deformation model and dynamic recrystallization behaviors have also been analyzed. The results show that the joint effect of deformation and phase transformation mechanism will occur when the deformation temperature arised and deformation rate decreased, which leads to different dynamic recovery and recrystailization.
