农村体育公共产品供给现状、机制及对策研究——以“新农村”语境中的湖南农村为例

Research on the Present Situation,Mechanism,and Problems Countermeasures of Public Sports Products and Services Supply in the Countryside——Taking Hunan Countryside as an Example in the Current Context of "New Countryside"

分析了湖南农村体育公共产品供给现状,认为湖南农村体育公共产品供给单一、低质、失衡和低效,不能满足新农村日益增长的体育与健康需求,应当打破城乡"二元"分割、依托市场、整合农村地区体育资源,从农村体育公共产品供给的决策机制、供给主体、资金渠道和供给保障等方面构建适应湖南农村客观实际与需求的体育公共产品供给机制。

This paper analyzed the status quo of the supply of public sports products in Hunan rural areas, thought that the supply was single, poor in quality, imbalanced and low in efficiency, which could not meet the rural publics rising need for sports and fitness programs. ICs something critical to break down the dual division of urban and rural society, to rely on the market, and to integrate sports resources of rural areas, so as to create a system of supply that conforms to the reality in Hunan rural are- as from multi-aspects such as the decision-making mechanism, the diversified supply bodies, channels of funding sources, the insurance of sufficient and efficient supply, etc.
