On China's Sports Industry Legalization from the Angle of Value

从价值角度对我国体育产业立法现状进行分析,指出当前存在的问题,并就促进我国体育产业发展与法律价值体系的构建提出建议,尤其是对于体育产业立法所应坚持的理念进行详尽阐述,以期构建适合我国体育产业发展的法律价值体系,制定和谐、公平、正义的体育产业法律,促进体育产业健康发展。

This paper analyzed the situation of our sports industry legalization from the angle of value, pointed out the existent problems and gave some advice on the improvement of our sports industry and the construction of the legal system of sports industry, especially illustrated the ideology on which sports industry legalization should be based, with a view to the full-fledged legal system of sports industry suitable to our country, which is harmonious, fair and just, and in the end to the whole promotion of our sports industry.
