摘要
针对传统的固定工作齿式阴极在加工混合膛线时的不足,提出将工作齿与阴极体做成独立的既联系又存在相对运动的分立式阴极结构的方案.工作齿由10个轮形工作齿盘组成,每个工作轮齿与具有不同模数和齿数的齿轮啮合.当阴极按弹道方程运动时,轮齿形工作齿盘受嵌入阴极体中微电机驱动的减速装置的带动,作相对于阴极体的转动,每个工作轮齿相对于阴极体形成不同的角度.微电机的控制由VB程序实现.用ProE做了运动仿真验证,结果表明,该结构可实现由程序控制工作齿盘运动,使工作齿始终保持与加工位置的缠角一致,可以有效的避免阳线"过切".
To avoid the deficiency of the traditional cathode with fixed teeth in processing mixed rifling, an assembled structure comprising a cathode body and independent working tooth is designed. The parts of separable cathode can move to each other. The working tooth is made up of 10 wheel plates with different module and teeth number. Wheel plates driven by a micro-motor embedded in the cathode body rotate around the body while the cathode moves according to the ballistic trajectory equation. The micro -motor is controlled by program of VB. The movement of working teeth is tested by simulation of ProE. The result shows that wheel plates can run in the programming,and the independent working teeth vary along with the rifling twist to keep its direction along length consistent with the rifling in processing, that can avoid over cut effectually.
