摘要
丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)核心蛋白是HCV病毒粒子核衣壳的组分,同时又是一种多功能蛋白。它能与胞内多种蛋白相互作用,调控NF-κB、AP-1、Sp1、Elk-1、STAT3、ATF-2、NF-AT等多种转录因子,影响一系列基因的表达。核心蛋白在HCV感染的病理发生和慢性化及致癌等过程中起着重要作用。
Hepatitis C virus(HCV) core protein is the composition of the virus coat, and it has multiple functions, can interact with a variety of cellular proteins, including many important transcription factors, such as NF-κB, AP-1, Sp1, Elk-1, STAT3, ATF-2 and NF-AT, by which the core protein could regulate the expression of a series of genes. HCV core protein plays an important role in pathological development, chronieity and earcinogensis of HCV infection.
