摘要
为减轻调度运行人员制定融冰方案的工作压力,提出了一种融冰方案快速生成方法。通过分析调度人员制定的融冰预案,得出了融冰方案必须遵循的一些规则;在这些规则的基础上结合图论方法提出了电网融冰路径选择方法,编制了相关软件。该系统能根据电网的拓扑结构和运行状态,枚举网络中满足路径选择规则的融冰路径,然后从中选择包含待融冰线路的路径,计算短路融冰时间。由此,调度运行人员即可根据电网运行情况和融冰操作人员的调度安排,选择切合需要的融冰路径,再辅以必要的负荷转供和保护定值调整,即可制定出短路融冰方案。该研制的系统能在紧急情况下快速高效地帮助调度运行人员制定融冰方案,减少融冰操作数量和融冰时间,有利于保障电网安全稳定运行。
An approach to form de icing route is developed based on the graph theory to facilitate operation. The preestablished de-icing schemes are studied to draw the rule to form de-icing scheme. Thereafter, a graph-theory-based approach is developed to torm de-icing scheme by combining emperical rules, The system can enumerate all de-icing routes to satisfy the requirements of rules according to system state and topology. Thereby, the de-icing time can be calculated. Dispatchers in control center can select appropriate route, and configure necessary accessory measures including load redirection and relay re-coordination to draw up a de-icing scheme. The developed system can helpprepare de-icing scheme accurately and conveniently.
