In this paper,the authors introduced the practices of comprehensive improvement of hospital and sanitarium in a military command area,and made summary on the operational effectiveness.Finally,the authors proposed some suggestions on how to setting a good atmosphere,which included grasping the trend of development,trying to solve the sensitive issues and perfecting the management system.
