摘要
本文通过对某总医院相关科室和总院附属的传染病专科医院合作前后一年各项指标进行分析,从服务质量、经济效益、人才培养等方面进行比较,摸索出了大型综合医院与附属专科医院共建管理模式,为其他专科医院建设和三军卫勤联勤改革提供思路。
The article made some investigation on the cooperation pattern between certain department of general hospital and special hospital affiliated to general hospital.Then the author analyzed all indexes of the cooperation.Based on the comparison of service quality,economic benefit and talent training,the article put forward a new cooperation management mode between comprehensive hospital and its affiliated special hospital.The new mode would provide new train of thought for the construction of special hospital and the reform of joint logistics of health service.
