摘要
本文提出社会转型的公立医院必须重视人力资源管理,树立以人为本的理念,积极应对出现的问题。从调整人才组织结构,建设科学的人才梯队,加大内部人员培训力度,建立有效的激励机制等方面出发,在竞争中求得自身发展。
The article put forward that the hospital should attach importance to human resources management,set up the idea of people-oriented,be active to respond to the problems in the period of society transition.Then the following measures were provided,which included adjusting the organizational structure of personnel,building scientific echelon of talent,reinforcing the training of personnel,and establishing effective inspiring mechanism.
