某抗震救灾医疗队伤病员救治回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis on the Medical Treatment Work of Certain Medical Unit in Earthquake Rescue

目的:对抗震救灾医疗队伤病员救治工作量进行回顾性分析,分析比较医疗队工作模式。方法:选取灾难发生后前7天和第8天至1个月各医疗队的门急诊人次,收治人数,手术例数,清创数,石膏复位固定数,后送人数,出院人数,按照医疗队人数计算平均值,并进行比较。结果:依托灾区当地医院联合开展救治工作的医疗队工作量要高于独立开展工作的医疗队。结论:抗震救灾医疗队工作量与工作模式有关。最能发挥军医大学医疗队救治作用的方式应该是机动到灾区当地或临近县市,依托驻地医院的医疗资源开展救治。

Objective：The working mode of the medical rescue teams were compared through the retrospective analysis of the medical rescue teams＇ workload.Methods：Patients occurred in the period from the first day to the seventh day and in the period from the eighth day to the thirtieth day were selected in our study.The average of the number of the emergency treatment,hospitalization,operation,debridement,diaplasis,evacuation,and outpatients were compared.Results：The workload of the sixth medical team and the seventh medical team,which combined with the local hospital,was more than the other medical teams that worked alone.Conclusions：The workload of the medical team is associated with the work mode.Medical university can improve the effect of the medical team by associating the local hospital to work in the disaster area.
