A marine medical team was organized to accomplish earthquake rescue in Sichuan province where a heavy earthquake had taken place on May 12,2008.Based on the retrospective views of rescue experiences as manage the unit scientifically and master the initiative of the work,the author proposed that training and management would play the key role for the service unit to finish the multiple demands of military.
