安氏Ⅱ~1错拔牙矫治临床研究

Clinical Study of Tooth Extraction Treating Angle Class Ⅱ~1 Malocclusion

目的探讨安氏Ⅱ1错畸形拔牙矫治的临床疗效、适应症和临床意义。方法选取40例安氏Ⅱ1错患者,视患者具体情况选择拔牙模式,拔牙后用标准方丝弓矫治器矫治,测量矫治前后的X线头影数据,并采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计分析。所有病例平均矫治时间为25个月。结果所有病例矫治完成后均达到理想的侧貌外形,上下颌牙齿排列整齐,前牙覆覆盖关系正常,上下牙中线对齐。结论安氏Ⅱ1错拔牙矫治,应视患者具体情况选择适当的拔牙模式。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects, indications and clinical significance of tooth extraction treatment used for Angle class Ⅱ^1 malocclusions. Methods Selected different tooth extraction mode according to actual condition of each patient in treatment of 40 Angle classⅡ^1 malocclusion patients, then treated with standard edgewise appliance. Cephalograms data before and after treatment were measured ,and the results were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. The duration of orthodontic treatment was 25 months on average. Results All the patients＇ profile was much improved. Normal overjet and overbite and the coincided middle line were achieved. Conclusion Different tooth extraction mode should be selected according to actual condition of each patient in treatment of Angle class Ⅱ^1 malocclusions.
