转录调节因子Ets-1在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and Its Significance of Transcription Factor Ets-1 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨转录调节因子Ets-1在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用PV-9000两步免疫组织化学染色法检测65例口腔鳞癌组织,13例正常口腔黏膜组织中Ets-1的表达。结果Ets-1在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率为92.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);Ets-1的表达与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移、TNM分期及分化程度相关(P<0.05),未发现Ets-1在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小有关(P>0.05)。结论Ets-1在口腔鳞癌组织高表达,其阳性表达与病理学分级、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关。

Objective To explore the expression and its significance of E26 transformation - specific- 1 （Ets -1 ） in oral squamous cell carcinomas （OSCC）. Methods Tissue PV -9000 immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of Ets - 1 in 65 OSCC tissues and 13 normal oral mucosa tissues. Results Over expression of Ets - 1 was detected in OSCC, and was more intense compared with normal epithelium （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The high expression of Ets - 1 in OSCC was related to neck lymph node metastasis, TNM stages and histological grade （P 〈 0. 05） , whereas, there were no significant difference between the groups divided by sex, age and size of tumor （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion Ets - 1 was over expressed in OSCC tissues, and the high expression was significantly associated with neck lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and histological grade.
