TCRαβ T细胞CDR3谱系分析在移植免疫中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 分析T细胞CDR3区基因长度和序列(CDR3谱系分析)可确切了解T细胞亚家族的克隆扩增情况,筛选出与排斥反应、耐受状态的建立和移植并发症相关的克隆性T细胞。目前,CDR3谱系分析已应用于移植免疫研究,包括造血干细胞移植(hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT)和器官移植,成为检测受者特异T细胞克隆的一种有效工具。本综述主要介绍CDR3谱系分析在评价移植物抗宿主病(graft-versus-host disease,GVHD)、受者免疫重建和疾病诊断方面的作用。
