卒中后患者营养现状与管理策略 被引量:3

摘要 卒中的发生和转归是多因素的,卒中后脑损害的恢复是建立在人体内环境稳定的基础上,其中机体营养状态明显影响卒中的转归。2003年FOOD Tal Collaboration研究证明:营养不良可以显著影响卒中预后,是导致死亡、致残,感染等并发症增加以及延长住院时间的独立危险因素。对卒中后患者营养管理的要求在国际上已经逐步受到重视,体现在2007年美国和2004年欧洲国家将营养管理的要求列入卒中后管理指南中。
