疑难病例析评 第174例 发热-咳嗽-两肺浸润-皮下结节

摘要 患者男，34岁。因发热、咳嗽伴活动后胸闷、气急2周于2006年2月23日以“两肺炎”收入浙江大学医学院附属第二医院。患者2周前受凉后出现发热、咳嗽，当时自测体温在38℃上下，发热自下午开始明显升高，晚上达高峰，在39℃左右，伴有夜间盗汗。伴咯痰，量不多，白色黏液痰，偶有黄色脓痰及痰中带血。活动后胸闷、气急明显，休息后可以缓解，无喘息，无夜间阵发性呼吸困难，
