鼻-眼眶-脑真菌感染一例抢救体会 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，61岁，因“左头面部疼痛3个月，左眼视力下降1个月”入院。3个月前患者“感冒”后左侧头顶部钝痛，阵发性加重，伴鼻塞，有时有少量暗黄色分泌物。1个月前出现左侧头皮、面部、牙齿疼痛，为持续性烧灼样，伴阵发性加重，与体位无关。2周前出现左上眼睑下垂，眼球突出，转动受限，视力下降，分泌物增多等症状，并渐出现双侧听力下降。在外院以“海绵窦炎，多颅神经损害，
