摘要
丝胶的胶粘功能因环境条件的作用而产生强弱变化。丝胶受多湿环境条件的影响,其分子结构由无规卷曲转化为β构象,发生胶凝作用,胶粘力增加,蚕茧解舒变劣。而合理的环境能阻止丝胶的胶凝作用,茧丝间胶着力弱,蚕茧解舒优。
Sericin adhesivity varies with its ambient conditions. Sericin tends to become gelation and increases its gumming force as its molecule changes from ramdon curl structure into β-conformation under high humidity conditions, resulting in poor cocoon reelability. However, proper conditions can prevent sericin from gelation and improve cocoon reelability due to weaker gumming force among bayes.
