不同Al_2O_3纳米粉含量对牙科nAl_2O_3/ZrO_2(3Y)纳米复合陶瓷力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同浕-Al2O3纳米粉含量对氧化锆纳米复合陶瓷力学性能的影响。方法将纳米级α-Al2O3粉体以不同体积百分比加入ZrO2(3Y)造粒粉中,成型、烧结并测试不同纳米粉含量对试样力学性能的影响。结果添加5vol%α-Al2O3纳米粉的试样力学性能最佳,其弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别达到659.17±46.54Mpa和8.55±0.89Mpa.m1/2。结论纳米浕-Al2O3粉的添加有一最适比例,5vol%α-Al2O3纳米粉的nAl2O3/ZrO2(3Y)纳米复合陶瓷力学性能较好。 Objective To study the effect of different volume fraction of Aluminia nano - powder on Zirconia nano - ceramic composites for dental application. Methods Different volume fraction of α - Al2O3 nano - powder was mixed into micrometer Zirconia granulated powder and tested the samples mechanical properties. Results The samples with 5vol% α - Al2O3 nano powder had the best mechanical properties,the flexural strength and fructure toughness were 659.17 ±46.54Mpa and 8.55 ± 0. 89Mpa · m^1/2 respectively. Conclusion There existed an optium volume fraction of nano powder in nano - ceramic composites, in this study the samples mixed with 5vol% α - Al2O3 nano powder have better mechanical properties.
