浅析集装箱弹性收费对A20公路交通状况的影响

Analysis of Road A20 Traffic Condition Effect of Flexible Toll on Container Truck

以A20公路交通运行状况的变化为切入点,分析2006年上海A30公路集装箱车辆弹性收费政策的实施效果。对比集装箱弹性收费前后的不同情况,对A20公路的集卡流量、路段流量与路段拥挤度3个指标进行差异性分析。最后指出存在问题与原因,提出建议。

Based on the status of the traffic＇s change of Road A20, the brief analysis has been presented the implementation effect of the flexible toll on the container trucks of Road A30 in 2006.Focus on three different indexes which includes the truck traffic, link traffic flows and road congestion level, there is a analysis which compared the difference of the traffic that before-and-after the flexible toll on the container trucks in the article. Finally suggestions have been made for the problems.
