摘要
美国道路建设在20世纪70年代已经成型,到目前为止,相关速度管理研究领域也较全面,取得的一些成果已应用到实际道路管理中。鉴于目前我国的研究现状,有必要借鉴国外的研究经验,开展相关研究,为我国道路管理决策提供依据。
The road building is had finished in USA in the 1970s, by far,the research with speed management is also more all-round,and obtain some good conclusion used to manage the road. According to the research of our country current situation, there is necessary drawing abroad＇s studying experience to carrying out study, which provides a basis administrative decision to our country road.
