摘要
农村客运运力配置合适与否,与广大农村地区人民群众的切身利益密切相关,也事关营运企业的效益。文章首先阐述了影响农村客运运力投放的因素,然后对如何确定农村客运运力投放规模进行了阐述和研究,提出了最低日开行班次的新理念,并构建了计算公式,最后对农村客运运力投放模式的选择进行了讨论。
Rural passenger transport capacity configuration is not only closely related to the benefits of the rural areas people,
but also has the great influence of the trading enterprises’ profit. This paper mainly explains how to determine the scale of rural passenger transport capacity invested, and brings forward the bran-new concept: the daily minimum traveling frequency, and
then constructs the calculational formula, finally discusses the rural passenger transport capacity deployment mode.
