中国铁路总体发展比较滞后,路网密度相对较低。针对中国人多车少存在着合谋的现状,通过对春运存在矛盾的分析,引入第三方的监管部门与铁路部门博弈,就铁路春运博弈的长期性、复杂性构建相关模型;通过对模型的建立、分析及解算,得出在计算基础上的指导性结论。
