摘要
在长沙大河西先导区规划实际工作中,充分运用TOD发展模式有关理论,在轨道交通线路和快速公共交通系统的支撑下,建立网络化、区域型城市的空间结构。从沿线用地性质、可供开发土地数量、形成TOD社区的可能性等方面,对轨道交通2号线线位进行比选,研究了轨道交通与城市空间模式关系,并提出了长沙大河西先导区轨道车站地域用地性质和规划指标的初步建议。
Within the planning of Changsha Great Hexi Pilot Areas, TOD mode theories was made full use to set up networking and regional spatial structure of the city with the support of rail transit line and rapid public transport system. The paper compared the location of rail transit line 2 within all designs from the land-use patterns, the amount of land available for development, and the possibility of forming TOD communities. Then the relationship between rail transit and urban spatial mode was studied. Finally, the initial proposals of land-use patterns and densities of the stations areas were provided.
