摘要
交通规划模型的小区划分方案可能随城市发展改变,交通OD矩阵也需要作出相应调整。为避免大规模交通调查,文章利用已有交通OD矩阵和人口、岗位等城市经济基础数据,提出新小区划分方案下交通OD矩阵的推算方法。新OD矩阵符合城市实际交通出行分布特征,并满足小区交通发生量约束。
The traffic zone division may be changed with the development of urbanization. So the Traffic OD matrix should be changed correspondingly. To avoid the big amount work of traffic survey, the paper propose a method to calculate the new OD matrix, based on the old OD matrix, social and economic data like population and jobs. The method ensures the new OD matrix with the reasonable distribution and traffic generation constraints.
