This paper analyzes the demand and supply price flexibility of air transportation market, and discusses the rationality and possibility of differential price policy carried in the market where it is subdivided.The analysis proves that the differential price method carried by the air transportation enterprises could add the profits of companies and increase the rate of seat usage and economics benefits.
