摘要
基于交通基础设施BOT项目的界面信息特点,指出了对该类项目进行界面管理的必要性。文章分析了该类项目在全生命周期中存在的界面,探讨了界面管理的具体应用,为同类项目的管理提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of interfaces information related to transportation infrastructure BOT projects, this paper points out the need for interface management within transportation infrastructure BOT projects. The interfaces deriving from the projects lifecycle are addressed. Finally the paper discusses the application of interface management as a reference to
management of the BOT projects.
