孕激素受体基因多态性研究进展

摘要 孕激素受体(PR)有3种同型体:PR-A,PR-B和PR-C,由一个PR基因通过选用不同的启动子序列和改变翻译起始位点而形成。PR介导孕激素(P)的多种生理效应,PR基因多态性引起PR-A和PR-B的表达异常,导致一系列激素依赖性疾病的发生,包括各种良性和恶性妇科疾病、重复性流产、不明原因不孕以及体外助孕种植失败等。
