3.5 全彩色无版印花系统 与传统印花方式不同,无版印花(Screen-less Print)是一种无需网版,应用计算机图案处理和数字化控制,工艺简单且灵活的新型印花体系。它包括两种印花技术,即静电印刷术印花和油墨喷射印花。

With the development of science and technology, dyeing and finishing technology has developed around the subjects of global competition, short-run processing ,eco-balance, cost-dominant and so on. 3E system (efficient ,e-conomy,ecology) initiated in Europe is the main trend of current dyeing and finishing industry. The application of most high and new technique in the dyeing and finishing industry are computer-based controlling and new equipments and technique exploitation with ecological concept. In this paper, the foreign equipments and technique up to date in pretreatment,dyeing,printing and after-treatment were reviewed.The textile ecology were briefed too.
