摘要
[目的]探讨不同温度冲洗液与经尿道前列腺汽化电切并发症的关系,选择最佳的冲洗液温度。[方法]将150例病人随机分为5组,每组30例,冲洗液温度分别为25℃、28℃、31℃、34℃、37℃。对各组病人术中体温、前列腺电切综合征(TURS)发生率、手术时间及术前术后血红蛋白浓度进行对比。[结果]随着冲洗液温度的升高,低体温发生率逐渐下降,TURS发生率34℃组最低;34℃组术前术后血红蛋白浓度差值与其他各组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);34℃组手术时间明显短于其他各组,与其他各组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]经尿道前列腺汽化电切术中应用34℃膀胱冲洗液是最佳选择。
Objective: To probe into the relationship between complications and different temperatures of rinse solutions for patients after undergoing per urethra prostate vaporizing electrocision, so as to select the optimal temperature of rinse solutions. Methods.A total of 150 patients were divided into five groups, 30 cases in each group,the temperatures of rinse solutions were respective 25 ℃ ,28 ℃ ,31 ℃ ,34 ℃ and 37 ℃. The intraoperatire temperature, the incidence of TURS, surgical time and preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin concentration among all groups Were compared. Results: With ascending of the temperatures of rinse solutions, the incidence of low body temperature descent gradually; the incidence of TURS in 34 ℃ group was the lowest; compared with other groups, there was statistical significant difference in the difference of hemoglobin concentration of 34 ℃ group between before and after operation (P〈0. 05);the surgical time of 34 ℃ group was marketable shorter than that of other groups, there was statistical significant difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The application of 34 ℃ bladder rinse solutions in per urethra prostate vaporizing electrocision is the optimal selection.
