摘要
目的探讨Skp2、C-myc蛋白在食管癌发生、恶性增殖及转移扩散中的作用及两者间的相互关系。方法运用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测Skp2、C-myc蛋白在97例食管癌、30例食管癌旁组织标本中的表达情况。结果Skp2与C-myc蛋白的阳性表达率在癌旁组织组(0%、0%)与食管癌组(48.45%、70.10%)、淋巴结转移阳性组(63.41%、92.68%)与淋巴结转移阴性组(37.50%、53.57%)、高分化组(29.63%、44.44%)与中分化组(53.33%、77.78%)、低分化组(60.00%、84.00%)之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而与食管癌的肿瘤大小、患者、性别年龄和临床分期无关(P>0.05)。两种蛋白表达之间存在交互作用。结论Skp2和C-myc蛋白的表达与食管癌的分化程度及淋巴结的转移情况有关,分化程度低者或伴随有淋巴结转移的患者C-myc与Skp2蛋白表达增高,且两者的表达存在交互作用。
Abstract: Objective To investigate the roles of Skp2 and C-myc in the occurrence, malignant growth, proliferation and diffusion in esophageal carcinoma and the relationship between the two proteins. Methods The expressions of Skp2 protein and C-myc protein were tested by the EnVision method in 97 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 30 cases of neighboring non-cancerous tissue. Results The expression of Skp2 and C-myc proteins showed a significant difference between the esophageal carcinoma group(48.45%, 70. 10% ) and the neigh- boring non-cancerous tissue group (0%, 0% ), esophageal carcinoma with the lymph node metastasis (63.41%, 92. 68% ) and without the lymph node metastasis(37. 50%, 53.57% ), high differentiation group (29. 63%, 44.44% ) and moderate differentiation group ( 53.33% , 77.78% ) , low differentiation group (60.00%, 84.00% )( P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression of Skp2 and C-myc proteins were not correlated with tumor size, sex, age of the patients and clinical stages(P 〉0. 05), and they have interaction with each other. Conclusion The expression of Skp2 and C-myc proteins were correlated with differentiation degrees and the lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. There is interaction between the expressions of C-myc and Skp2 proteins in esophageal carcinoma.
