摘要
全球感染性疾病中，感染性腹泻的发病率居第3位。据统计，在不同病因引起的腹泻中，感染性腹泻占60％～90％，且以急性居多。引起感染性腹泻的病原体包括细菌、原虫、病毒和真菌等．但以急性病毒性胃肠炎（viral gastroenteritis）最为多见^[1]。
