摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , COPD ） 是呼吸科常见的慢性疾病，被认为是一种气道非特异性炎症，受累人群广泛，造成了严重的社会和经济负担，COPD急性加重可明显增加死亡率^[1]，细菌感染是COPD加重的重要危险因素。近年来，细菌在稳定期COPD患者的下呼吸道定植已在国内外受到关注，下呼吸道细菌定植虽然可以无症状，
